Our Property Overview
Open year-round, our property offers a seamless blend of historic charm and modern comfort for your wedding celebration. Conveniently located just one hour from Portland Airport, the venue accommodates up to 125 guests for both ceremony and dining, with a picturesque on-site ceremony site featuring included benches. Your event will flow effortlessly between spaces, from cocktail hour to dinner in the climate-controlled Carriage House, complete with a main floor bar and an additional remote bar available in the cozy Snug. Custom farm tables and black bistro chairs are provided for up to 125 guests, along with ample bathroom facilities across the property.
Guests can enjoy overnight accommodations on-site for up to 10 people, while convenient parking is available for up to 40 vehicles, with transportation or carpooling recommended. Evening celebrations continue in the Carriage House until 10:00 PM, with the option to extend the festivities in the Snug from 10:00 PM to midnight for a lively after-party. A dedicated tent site is also available, allowing you to customize your wedding day while making the most of our beautiful grounds.
THE VICTORIAN MANSION
Perfect for full wedding weekends, Wolf and Harp’s Victorian Mansion comfortably accommodates 10–14 overnight guests and is designed for unhurried, meaningful time together. The home features a grand original staircase and Victorian entrance that set a striking first impression, along with generous living and dining spaces that invite connection throughout the weekend. A formal dining room seats up to 24, complemented by a cozy breakfast nook for six, and a full kitchen. Two welcoming living rooms, one with a sleeper sofa, offer space to gather, unwind, or spread out.
On the second floor you’ll find a light-filled seating area and library overlook the staircase, while 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The primary suite serves as a serene retreat, complete with a queen bed, jetted tub, walk-in shower, private deck, and an adjoining getting-ready suite with lighted mirrors. The guest rooms are equipped with queen beds with full baths adjacent to each one. On the third floor is our loft with a secondary getting-ready space, full bath, one private bedroom and nook bed ensure everyone has room to settle in. With seven bathrooms throughout the home and a spacious back deck for fresh air and quiet moments, the mansion offers an elegant yet relaxed setting for celebrating alongside your closest family and friends.
THE CEREMONY
Say “I do” on our elevated ceremony deck, a thoughtfully designed setting that seats up to 125 guests across nine rows of handcrafted wooden benches arranged along a long, photo-worthy aisle. Three built-in archways frame the ceremony beautifully, while accessible entrances and a dedicated wedding party entrance allow for a seamless, well-paced processional. Power is available for DJs or live musicians, and all benches are included for a stress-free setup.
Following the ceremony, guests may transition effortlessly via the staircase to the back lawn for photographs, while the adjoining deck provides an ideal space for cocktail hour. Surrounded by vibrant seasonal foliage, the ceremony deck offers a naturally elegant backdrop that feels both intentional and effortlessly beautiful.
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
An inviting and thoughtfully designed reception space for up to 125 guests, the Carriage House pairs elevated charm with effortless functionality. Tall ceilings and a grand staircase create a striking backdrop, while handcrafted farm tables, black metal dining chairs, and sleek high-top tables set the tone for a warm, modern celebration. A designated built-in bar anchors the space for easy flow throughout the evening, complemented by an in-house sound system and full climate control with heat and air conditioning to ensure comfort in every season.
The Carriage House is equipped with two main-floor restrooms and includes our tables and chairs arranged according to your chosen floor plan, allowing you to focus on the celebration itself. The space can seamlessly transition into an indoor ceremony option in the event of inclement weather, offering both beauty and peace of mind as you dine, dance, and celebrate late into the night.
THE SNUG
The celebration continues in our private Speakeasy, an intimate, mood-lit space designed for late-night mingling and toasting until midnight. Tucked below the main event space, this speakeasy-style sapce features warm bistro lighting, copper cocktail tables with black chairs, comfortable lounge seating, and a dedicated satellite bar that keeps the energy flowing. With two restrooms and a layout ideal for gathering, the space transitions effortlessly into an after-party from 10:00 p.m. to midnight.
The Speakeasy may also be used as a cocktail hour option, offering standing and seated space for 50–60 guests, with natural overflow to the side lawn or upstairs to the main event space, creating a seamless, dynamic experience that invites guests to explore and enjoy every moment of the celebration.
